I have been interested in health my whole life, and as time went on I developed a growing interest in mental health and helping others. As my interest grew and I was able to walk alongside friends and family with concerns and issues, I realized that I passionately wanted to be able to help more people grow healthier and happier.
I returned to graduate school after my own family grew up and obtained my Master's degree in clinical counselling. This was a great challenge, and also a great experience, and it caused me to grow a lot as a person. I'm so glad I did!
I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also Registered Marriage and Family therapist with The Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
